27 Dec:Arrival Cairo

Your tour manager will meet & assist you at Cairo International Airport (Arrival procedures) and then he will escort you to the hotel by exclusive air-conditioned deluxe vehicle. At hotel the tour manager will assist with a smooth check-in and review your holiday itinerary with you to establish and confirm pick-up times for each tour. Overnight in Cairo.

28 Dec:Cairo Tours

Breakfast at hotel and then your private English speaking Egyptologist guide will take us to the amazing Pharaonic Cairo to visit the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, Micerinus and the almighty Sphinx, the royal human head on a lion's body then to the Valley Temple, two awesome megalithic temples, known as the Sphinx Temple, and the Valley Temple traditionally attributed to the Pharaoh Chephren that is an absolute wonder of engineering . Lunch en route at specialty restaurant nearby the pyramids with free time for shopping. From there you will be taken for a guided tour to the Egyptian Museum of antiquates that was built in the neo-classical style by the French architect Marcel Dourgenon the museum housing over 120,000 objects from different Pharaonic eras especially those of the child king Tutankhamen . Proceed to the Citadel of Saladin and Mohammed Ali`s Alabaster Mosque . Lunch en route at good quality restaurant in Cairo downtown. Then drive to the Old Cairo to visit the old Coptic churches and the Fortress of Babylon where the holy family took a refuge. Leaves the Church of St Barbara and St. George's church to the Islamic Cairo and Khan El Khalili bazaars and Old Market with free time to walk around and discover the amazing area in your way then transfer to the Giza train terminal to board your Sleeper Train to Aswan with dinner and overnight aboard train inside your private compartment

    Most nationalities require a full passport valid for 6 months after leaving Egypt and a visa which you can either obtain from your local Egyptian Embassy before your fly, or upon arrival at Cairo aiport for a cost of USD 15.

  • Deposit and Balance of Payment :

    A down payment (25%) will be required when confirming your booking as requested and can be paid by credit or debit card (Visa / MasterCard) via Verisign Secured payment system on our website. The balance of payment (75%) will be required on arrival / pick up, to be paid to your tour director by credit / debit card or in cash.

  • Tour Voucher :

    After your tour is confirmed we will email final confirmation and voucher to print and bring with you. Details will include contact numbers of your tour operator and customer care and additional information for your convenience.

  • Cancellation Policy :

    Memphis Tours does not charge a cancellation fee for tours and excursions cancelled for ‘force majeure’ reasons such as volcanoes, earthquake or and some reasons beyond control. If cancellation happens for your personal or business reasons and Memphis Tours have already incurred costs on your behalf, these costs will be transferred to you.
